POLICY TERMS

 

We provide a refund policy that is effective BEFORE you submit your travel document form. By purchasing services on this website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy, as well as the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any other applicable policies or terms posted on the website. Upon reviewing the forms for submission after your purchase, submitting these documents will constitute a waiver of your right to a refund from that point forward. If a material error is made in your application, we will resubmit it on your behalf at no additional cost to you, but a refund will NOT be issued. Refunds BEFORE you submit your travel document application must be requested by emailing support@llc.com. The subject line must read: "Travel Visa Refund Request." Your refund request email MUST include the following information:

• Full name of the applicant,

• Invoice number or order ID,

• The last four digits of the credit card used to purchase our services,

• The date the services were purchased, and

• The reason for requesting a refund.

We will process your request within 24-48 hours of receiving all the previously requested information from you. Approved refunds will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase and should appear in your account within 1-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's policies and your statement's billing cycle. If 10 days have passed and your refund is not reflected in your account, please contact our Billing Department for further assistance.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

 

Refunds are NOT applicable for any other reason.

 

Any refunds requested for the following reasons will be rejected immediately:

 

• Failure to read and understand our service.

• Confusing our service with a visa.

• Confusing our service with a guaranteed visa.

• Failure to read any terms and conditions.

• Demanding a refund outright due to a lack of awareness that we are a processing service.

• Deposit due to confusion/withdrawal/error/ignorance that you are contracting a processing service.

CREDIT CARD CHARGE REFUND NOTICE

By obtaining our services, you agreed to be bound by our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Using a chargeback to obtain a refund outside of these terms is a violation of these terms.

 

If you, as a paying customer, fail to respond to our support staff's requests for additional information from you for 90 days or more from the date you purchased our services, and as a result, your request is unsuccessful, you are not entitled to a refund of any kind and agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback.

 

We take this matter extremely seriously and may report suspicious payment disputes to payment processors, the U.S. government issuing agency, and other relevant agencies, as appropriate, along with accompanying evidence of fraud. Because chargeback fraud is a crime, such conduct may result in temporary or permanent disqualification from entering the destination country, as well as potential criminal and civil charges.
